New Mexico State University’s Chile Pepper Institute has named a new variety if Serrano Chile after John & Sue Hard’s Company founded in 1997. It is with great pride I make this sauce with this Chile! Larger than your average serrano, this one is hotter and more flavorful as well. Balance with a bevy of supporting spices, this sauce is sure to please!
